At SDC, we strive to keep our athletes safe in their endeavor to be the best they can be. That means learning how to or continuing to properly warm up and stretch their bodies so they safely respond to the move signals given to them in either dance or their chosen sport.
In this 45 minute class, students will learn more than just stretching; they will learn about how and why their bodies will respond better to proper alignment and placement. We will debunk popular stretching myths and back it up by science, in order to safely help your dancer achieve their dreams without the danger of injuring their body long term.
This class is led by Miss Lynn, who is certified in Level 1 Stretch Solutions by muVmethod.
